Hide House provides short- and long-term leasing opportunities for small businesses and artists. We have over 30 studios starting at $120/month. Artist spaces are in high demand so please contact us immediately if interested.
Answers to common questions
Artists may exhibit their work directly from their space and may have clients visit them. If you plan on hosting gatherings or situations where you anticipate moderate or high traffic please discus this with us in advance. We support our artists’ endeavors to do business and must balance that with other tenants’ needs for a peaceful work space. Phone, fax, and internet can be made available. Tenants may receive mail at Hide House for business purposes.
Additionally, in an effort to support the creative arts, security deposits are split into two payments; ½ due with the first month’s rent and ½ due with the second month’s rent. There is a standard lease period of one year but shorter terms can be arranged for a moderate premium.

Musician Rehearsal Rooms
Our dozen rehearsal spaces are currently rented but we may have an opening within the next month. Please contact us immediately if you are interested in a room or would like to get on our waiting list for future openings.
